Pleasant Point Property Owners Association and First Tee – The Lowcountry will officially mark the beginning of a landmark partnership with a contract signing and ceremonial groundbreaking on Friday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m. at The Landings Golf Course Practice Area, 8 Barnwell Drive in Beaufort.
The event celebrates the signing of a 10-year use agreement that will establish a permanent Beaufort home for First Tee – The Lowcountry and launch construction of an enhanced golf practice facility at Pleasant Point.
More than a construction milestone, the partnership represents a long-term commitment to youth development, mentorship, and expanding access to the game of golf across the Lowcountry.
“This isn’t just signing a contract — we’re committing to 10 years of opportunity and community impact for youth in Beaufort,” said Pat Zuk, Executive Director of First Tee – The Lowcountry.
The event will include brief remarks from project partners, the official signing of the agreement, recognition of key supporters, and a ceremonial groundbreaking with First Tee youth participants.
